These terms cover every bin we drop. They are written to be read, which is rare for this genre.

The rental window

Your quote states the included rental period. Need longer? Call before your scheduled pickup and we will extend your rental.

Weight and contents

Each bin includes the weight allowance stated on your quote. Prohibited items — tires, liquids, paints, batteries, refrigerant appliances without prior notice, and hazardous materials — must stay out of the bin; ask us if you are unsure about an item.

Placement and property

We place boards under bin contact points and position the bin where you direct us, provided it is safe and legal. You are responsible for confirming that private placement spots (driveways, lots) are structurally suitable and that any required street permits are obtained before delivery.

Access on pickup day

Keep vehicles, gates, and low obstructions clear of the bin on your pickup date. A truck that cannot reach the bin means a rescheduled pickup.

Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule any time before the truck leaves the yard on delivery morning.

Liability

We carry full commercial insurance for our equipment and operations. We are not responsible for damage arising from placement spots you direct us to that cannot bear the loaded weight, or from contents loaded in violation of these terms.
